Return of an unwanted or non-conforming product
All products sold may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with current Spanish consumer and retail regulations.
This right of withdrawal shall apply exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which they were received.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including instructions, documents and original packaging. Otherwise, the product may suffer a depreciation in value. A full refund will not be issued if the product has been misused or used beyond the mere verification of its good condition and proper functioning.
Products must be sent to the address specified by G. MOTIRAM, S.L. in the return instructions, which will be sent by email. The direct costs of returning the product as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the consumer.
Packages that do not include any attached information allowing the sender to be identified, such as order number, name or address, cannot be returned.
Any person returning a product will receive an email informing them of the refund amount, deducting shipping costs where applicable. This refund will be made as soon as possible and using the same payment method used for the purchase: PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
Return of a defective product
To return a defective product, please contact us by email at contacto@thulos.com, indicating the following information: damage suffered by the product, reference, purchase date, full name, shipping address and contact telephone number.
Products must be returned properly protected. They must be sent to the address specified by G. MOTIRAM, S.L. in the precise return instructions sent by email.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected. If a defect, fault or mismatch with the order is detected, the customer will be informed by email of the option to receive a refund or a new replacement product at no cost.
In the event of a return or replacement, this will be carried out as soon as possible. The customer will be informed by email whether the return or replacement of the defective item is accepted.
Amounts paid for products returned due to a genuine flaw or defect will be fully refunded, including shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The company reserves the right to void the warranty of a product whenever it is determined that the fault was not caused by the manufacturer's own system or design. In this case, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
As specified in the following section, "Warranty", the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery.
Warranty
Warranties and after-sales services shall be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
In accordance with this regulation, the seller is obliged to deliver products to the consumer and user that conform to the contract, and shall be liable to them for any lack of conformity.
In the event of a defective product, the seller shall proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, all of which shall be free of charge for the consumer and user.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery.
G. MOTIRAM, S.L. shall not be liable for any damage resulting from misuse, handling or non-professional installation.
The warranty shall not be valid in the event of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of unsuitable accessories or accessories prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire, incorrect handling or abusive use by the customer or by third parties not authorised by the manufacturers.
Commercial warranty: manufacturers may offer additional warranties, the scope and duration of which may vary depending on the products and brands. Such warranties shall be exclusively borne by the manufacturer offering them.
The warranty period shall begin on the day of delivery.
Liability, disputes and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's place of residence.
