Order preparation will begin once payment has been confirmed. You can check the status of your order through the "My Orders" section after receiving the confirmation email.

• Mainland Spain: Free shipping.
• Mainland Portugal: See weight and price table below.
• We do not ship to: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portuguese Islands (Azores and Madeira), or any other countries except Mainland Portugal.

Shipping Costs to Mainland Portugal (Taxes Included) 

G. MOTIRAM, S.L. will ask customers to choose the delivery location, specifying their home address, office, or any other place where they wish to receive the product. Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours (working days). Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

G. MOTIRAM, S.L. will inform the customer when the order leaves the distribution warehouse by sending an email notification.

Please make sure that the contact phone number provided is correct, preferably a mobile phone number, in case the courier needs to contact you.

Each delivery is considered completed once the product has been made available to the customer by the carrier, according to the transport company's control system. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the order upon delivery and make any justified reservations or claims. The recipient may also refuse the package if it appears to have been opened or shows visible signs of damage.
